Who We’re Looking For
We seek bright, curious and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and ready to contribute their unique ideas.
You should:
- Have status as a college sophomore, junior or senior as of the end of the spring term or be enrolled in a graduate program.
- Have status as a rising college first-year student, at least 18 years-old, who is enrolled in or has completed a vocational insurance-related program, with some college credits.
- Hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better as of the most recent grading period.
- Be able to work full-time during normal business hours for the summer.
- Be available to begin 12-week employment between mid-May and mid-June.
- Passionate about helping others and eager to make an impact.
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Be ready to challenge yourself and grow in a dynamic environment.
