If this is your first time logging into the portal, you’ll need the following information:
Policyholders — Policy Number, Policy Expiration Date and FEIN. Please Note: If your company already has access to this portal, you will need to work with your company’s security administrator to get log-in credentials. You will not be able to register here.
Injured Workers — Social Security Number, Injury Date and Claim Number
Agents — Please work with your Security Administrator or AF Group’s Agency Relations team to register
