Darcy Kerr Appointed by Gov. Snyder to Michigan Talent Investment Board

Darcy Kerr, senior vice president of Human Resources at Accident Fund Holdings, Inc. has been appointed by Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder to the state Talent Investment Board.

The new 24-person board is charged with bringing together employees, organized labor, and community-based programs, including apprenticeship programs, to make recommendations on how to best develop workforce talent across the state.

Kerr will represent the private sector.  She will serve a three-year term to expire on April 15, 2018.

“This talented group will be essential in our efforts to lead the nation in talent development and I’m confident that their experiences will make them an asset on this board,” said Snyder.

Kerr holds a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University and a master’s degree in labor relations and human resources from Michigan State University.
