Assigned Risk Solutions (ARS) administers workers’ compensation policies placed in the involuntary market. These policies are underwritten by Accident Fund Insurance Company of America, while the Assigned Risk Solutions team manages all aspects of the customer experience, including policy servicing, billing support, premium audit and end-to-end claims handling to ensure timely, reliable and customer-focused support throughout the life of their policies.
